Our hiring criteria:

--Our #1 most important attribute is passion. Must be ready to tackle a challenge, wear multiple hats, and do what it takes to win. A high level of dedication and eagerness to take ownership of your work is a must.

--Full stack software engineer. You are comfortable developing both APIs and user interfaces. Ideally you could own entire features from end to end. Exceptions can be made for candidates that are outstanding In a particular area.

--Our core tech stack is Node/React. You should be proficient in Javascript as well as other web-based technologies and infrastructure. Experience with dev ops is not required, but some working knowledge is a plus.

--Enthusiasm for developing products. You get excited about designing products rather than being told exactly what to build and have some product and UX design skills.

--You are self directed and comfortable working with some ambiguity.

--Strong desire to make a large impact on a fast moving team that is dedicated to building a more efficient society.
