We are seeking motivated German-speaking professionals to join remote support projects from Greece. You will assist users of a well-known international service in either customer support or technical support, with full training and a comprehensive relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad. Note: This role is based in Greece and relocation support is provided.
What you will do
Support German-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Candidate profile
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Ideal profile
The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-oriented professional fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote-in-Greece environment. Willing to relocate to Greece and deliver exceptional support.
Compensation and start dates
Different start dates may be available. Salary ranges from 1,300 to 1,500 gross per month, with an additional transportation allowance of 100 for office-based projects.
Payroll and bonuses
Payroll is distributed 14 times per year. Easter, Summer, and Christmas bonuses are provided, and performance bonuses range from 100 to 250 depending on the project. For night shifts (22:0006:00) there is a 25% night-shift premium, and Sundays carry a 75% premium. Bonuses paid separately are by arrangement and may be paid 12 times per year where applicable.
Relocation support
Relocation assistance includes a booked flight, airport pickup, hotel for about two weeks, and help finding permanent accommodation.
