Harness Packaging and retention proposals (brackets, clips, grommets, shields).

Static and dynamic clearance analysis to meet internal requirements to avoid functionality issues.
Updated harness drawings from feedback from prototype builds.
Partner with supplier & engineering team for design activities to ensure quality on program deliverables.
Support & tracking for virtual construction Issue resolution.
Assessment and support for alignment to Nissan Processes.
Multiple Concept preparation and validation of Components based on the layout packaging update.
Ensuring Harness Routing path with respect to Power Distribution and changes in the Entire layout.
Electrical Component positioning based on its functionality and its surrounding environment.
Ensuring Harness Routing with Suitable Clips and Connectors by maintaining Harness Hygiene.
Developing the component with layout conditions and ensuring to align with other stakeholders.
Discussing with Concerned aggregate for regarding technical constrains and its feasibility.
Ensure the regulation while discussing with supplier for component development.
Supporting in preparing SOR, SOW, TSO, and TKO Document for New Component Development.
Ensure Project Milestone Completion as per committed Timeline.
Preparing Installation Drawing as per DFA and DFS Considerations.
Providing ORC feedback based on its criticality and Severity number.

Expectations

Capital Library, NX, Logic and integrator hands on experience
? Hands on experience on 3D CAD tool and handling DMU/Vehicle CAD Model. Harness routing with electrical attributes in UG.
? E&E architecture, Generation of new circuit diagrams / Schematics,
? Hands on experience on PLM, TeamCenter
? Exposure to auto component assemblies and processes.
? Design & development of wiring harnesses & parts.
? Creating 2D flattening in capital harness, Generative, synchronization with capital logic.
? Good knowledge of component & Technology. (EV, ADAS, Hybrid) Hands on exp.
? Vehicle Electrical integration, Integration of new Electrical features
? Load calculation
? Vehicle & Harness component selection.
? Vehicle Electrical and harness BOM preparation
