Web Developer

Summary

I'm an almost entirely self taught coder who has worked on everything from simple static web pages to WordPress templates to large scale web applications serving thousands of users every day. I'm strong in Ruby on Rails and React.js, have written and used RESTful APIs, actually enjoy writing documentation, know how to manage tickets and communicate with stakeholders, and I practice source control as if it were a religion.

Expectations

Must haves:
* Ethical, constructive work. Origination doesn't have to be all in on social justice, but has to be a place doing something positive. I won't cash a paycheck that comes at someone else's expense.
* Growth mindset. I'm looking for a place that encourages and fosters growth in it's people through training, learning opportunities and interesting, challenging projects.
* Solid, relaxed culture. I describe myself as someone who takes my work seriously, but I don't take myself too seriously. I want to work with like-minded people.
