Summary

Currently, I am an Software Engineer intern for an enterprise oriented startup, where our team is rapidly developing a new technology that facilitates retros/sprints. My duties as an intern include designing database models using MongoDB, creating both controller and service layer routes with full CRUD using Express, and designing unit tests for the service layer, preventing any code smells. I also implement frontend UI/UX design and component construction using React, where I implement my backend stories to allow the application to become both reliable and presentable.

Expectations

I lean more towards backend development with servers, routes, and databases, but I am flexible to design frontend components. I am looking for a team-driven developer position, given time to learn and deliver results that would strengthen my knowledge. I want to be challenged and satisfied by overcoming a problem.
