Expectations

I'm interested in working with fast growing companies with ambitious goals. The ideal role will be one where I can focus on maximizing the outcomes that my team can achieve. I'm happy to roll up my sleeves to help my team when needed in a player-coach capacity, but I will expect that the bulk of my work will be leadership and management focused. I'm open to joining young teams, but they must at least be at a Series B level of funding or higher and have a very robust runway.
