Summary

In my current role as Director of Data Science at Publicis Sapient, I have demonstrated my ability to develop innovative teams, algorithms, and products. I have led successful ChatGPT integration POCs, and overseen strategic DS/AI growth activities. Additionally, I have hired, managed, and mentored seven direct reports and fifteen indirect reports, and I am passionate about collaborating with colleagues to solve difficult problems.
Prior to my current role, I served as Chief Technology Officer at Creatricity, where I further honed my skills in sales engineering. I also worked as Program Technical Lead at Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc., where I provided technical oversight for an enterprise Data Lake migration program and collaboratively developed RFP responses to support business development vis a vis unstructured analytics with EHR data.
In my previous role as Area Practice Director- AI & Machine Learning at ePlus Technology, Inc., I designed, architected, and programmed a readmission classifier 'Appliance,' which was a complete workflow that leverages ML and Deep Learning algorithms to predict the likelihood of a 30-day readmission. The Appliance is a completely air-gapped solution that ships preinstalled on moderately priced GPU accelerated OEM hardware, and it can work with any EMR to amplify the value of the data stored in the EMR.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to developing and mentoring teams, architecting and programming innovative solutions, and collaborating with colleagues to solve difficult problems. I possess strong written and oral communication skills and I am inspired by challenging problems and passionate colleagues.

I am a seasoned Ivy-League PhD technical leader, data Scientist and collaborative problem-solver with facility in developing innovative teams, algorithms and products. I am inspired by difficult problems and passionate colleagues. I am looking for leadership roles where I have an opportunity to collaboratively craft strategic plans, help operationalize and execute a tactical plan to realize that strategy and have an opportunity to be 'hands-on' with technical development work.
