Im particularly effective in roles where success is measured by net revenue retention, expansion from the installed base, and executive-level customer relationships, not just new bookings.

Ive spent much of my career in data-, insights-, and SaaS-led businesses, where selling is consultative and value-driven. I enjoy operating in ambiguity, scaling processes as businesses grow, and helping teams shift from transactional selling to outcome-focused, subscription-led engagement with customers across diverse APJ markets.

Expectations

Im looking for a senior APAC leadership role where I have meaningful ownership of regional strategy, revenue outcomes, and leadership development, rather than just execution against inherited plans. At this stage, my focus is on roles where I can shape go-to-market strategy, scale leadership teams, and drive sustainable, predictable growth across diverse APAC markets. Im motivated by roles where I can build leaders, not just teams mentoring senior directors, strengthening succession pipelines, and creating a performance culture that scales across mature and emerging APAC markets. For me, the right VP role is one where I can leave behind a stronger organization, a healthier revenue engine, and leaders who can operate independently at scale.
