-Initiating & collaborating with IT and Operations team to design, launch and implement the Upload manager that eliminated reconciliation roadblocks 100%.
-Initiating & collaborating with IT and Operations team to design, launch and implement the automated settlement platform that reduced customer wait-time, and transaction processing time by 95%.
-Improving and optimizing the productivity of the Customer Support Center through team training/building; organised documentation; proper filing and inventory; timely reconciliation & accurate report delivery.
