Virtual assistant

Summary

I love the concept of customer service and that's why i have excelled so well in that area. I'm currently working in a managerial role at a food service company; which allows me to explore and oversee the smooth running of the business, while carrying out supervisory duties to ensure excellent staff performance which in turn leads to optimum customer satisfaction. I possess strong interpersonal and verbal and communication skills. Over the course of my career journey my need to be more flexible and versatile grew drastically, and so I enrolled for an intensive 8 week virtual assistant course and this has been a new career path for me because i am able to do quite alot ,offer services and my location isn't a barrier .

Expectations

Flexible work environment,timely and accurate payment of wages ,adequate training ,full explanation of company policies with laid down job responsibilities, fair and constructive feedback from superiors.
