Summary
Since 2018, I have been working as a Quality Assurance Analyst for the Martial Arts Studios WhiteBelt software. My tasks for WhiteBelt include tech support, manual testing, and administration. In 2020 I took on the additional role as a Virtual Assistant for martial arts schools, I currently service 2 martial arts schools in Australia and 1 in New Zealand. My current task with my client in Australia is that I am the one designing their flyers and posters to be posted on their social media account, send welcome, follow up, and any other email to their members since I am handling a Martial Arts school. I am also the one updating their website from time to time using Wordpress. I also the one managing their social media pages (FB, Instagram, Twitter, and Google My Business page) and also includes responding to peoples comments and messages.
