Virtual Assistant

Summary

I recently completed a 2-month training program as a Virtual Assistant. The program helped me to develop and practice professional skills that are most needed to be a successful Virtual Assistant specifically: having a growth mindset to get the job done, Time management, task organization, and prioritization, Managing a clients email inbox, Managing a clients calendar and scheduling, Internet research and synthesis, and Creating slides & presentations.

As part of the requirement for graduation, I had the opportunity to request for tasks from people. I researched and collated information on required topics, and presented them in an appropriate format.
This has given me an understanding of the importance of handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality for everyone I work with.

Expectations

I am committed to getting the job done and excellently. I have the willingness and resourcefulness to figure out how to get the job done.
I expect to get constructive feedback from clients on projects or tasks, and to have an opportunity to prove myself.
