As a seasoned executive in the technology industry, I help companies unlock exponential growth and achieve competitive advantage through and with cloud providers and select technology ISVs. As a results-oriented leader, I have successfully led globally-distributed cross-functional teams of more than 60 professionals, delivering joint revenue growth of more than 150% YoY each year for 7 consecutive years through adoption of consistent and scalable governance and relationship management best practices.
I have hands-on and leadership experience in build-with and sell-with functions in technology companies, including carrying direct sales quota in global software companies. I have built sustainable and profitable partnerships with such companies as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Apple, Oracle, and Nutanix. I ensure that all stakeholders, of all levels, understand how we are winning together and delighting our customers with a shared vision of mutual success and scorecard metrics. I've led successful Build-With (Co-Development) initiatives and have built GTM motions leveraging Co-Sell and online marketplaces with the cloud providers. We have been able to successfully enter new markets, better meet customers where and how they want to buy, and delivered profitable new routes-to-market. As a result, we've achieved measurably accelerated revenue and market expansion, as well as achieved high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
My leadership style is collaborative, and emphasizes stewardship. I want the deal as much as the next person, but I want the next ten deals after that more, which comes from nurturing relationships with people and with integrity. I ensure my teams have clear goals, and that they understand how those goals tie to company objectives and results.
