Played a vital role in IBM's acquisition of WDG Automation (Brazilian RPA vendor), integrating a 90+ person organization into IBM's culture and frameworks, including strategic planning, staffing, and IBM style transition, for what would ultimately become IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Led a year-long transformation of IBM North America, training 300 marketers in Agile methodologies and increasing marketing efficiency, boosting operational agility, and improving team engagement.

Worked with a small team to redesign the business model and turn around 85 Broads, a global professional women's network, by modernizing the platform and event experience, continuously testing and iterating, expanding globally, and maintaining a laser focus on our customers' needs.

Selected for a prestigious Fulbright Grant to teach English as a second language and conduct research on multicultural education in Hamburg, Germany.
