Has a diverse background that includes serving as a forward-air-controller in the United States Air Force during the invasion of Iraq, as well as working with the Bechtel Corporation and Hewlett-Packard in business development, project management, and talent development. Obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and Masters of Arts in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University. Also completed their Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change at Pepperdine University, where they refined their innovation model and conducted research on the enablement of innovation. Additionally, they have authored nine books.
