Summary

I'm a T-shaped Graphic and UX Designer with a lifetime learning attitude and strong team spirit. As a UX/UI Designer, I have about 1.5 years of experience in 4 projects (CRM systems and product sites in a multi-brand food and drink corporation). The main stack of design software tools used is Figma and Adobe Creative cloud.

Also, I have 7 years of experience in Graphic design and Web analytics, and about a year working as a Business analyst. Skills from this experience I incorporated into my current profession. BA revealed absolutely wider perspective on the software development process.

My main skills are in:
Product Design:
- Transforming requirements into explicit solutions, collaborating closely both with team and stakeholders;
- Analyzing the context of use and target audience through a mixture of both qualitative and quantitative research methods;
- Maintaining and developing existing design system, creating prototype solutions for internal projects;
- Validating design decisions on technical feasibility and correlation with project architecture.

Graphic Design:
- Establishing creative direction for the clients as well as brand guidelines;
- Creating and designing various materials for print and digital collateral;
- Developing illustrations, logos, and other artworks for printing stuff and website publications;
- Testing graphics, colors, and layout choices to improve Ad conversions.

Web Analytics:
- Data-driven hypotheses with Google Analytics and SessionCam;
- Assessing customer perceptions and expectations through surveys and interviews;
- Collecting, and analyzing customer feedback on the GetFeedback platform;
- Launching split tests to optimize customer experience with Google Optimize.

Business Analysis:
- Business Process Modeling (UML, BPMN);
- Decision Modeling (tables, trees, diagrams);
- Requirements elicitation, gathering, analysis, and backlog management;
- Gap analysis of the current project documentation;
- Facilitating and organizing meetings to define process bottlenecks with further solutions.
