UX Researcher

Summary

Mixed methods researcher with 4.5 years experience in e-commerce, digital health, and academia. Research contributions include international journal publications and conference presentations. Expertise in defining and executing research appropriate to inform future solutions, including but not limited to interviews, usability/concept tests, surveys, behavioral analytics, and competitive analysis. Currently a UX researcher at Wayfair. Prior to that, a UX research analyst at University Health Network (healthcare organization).

Expectations

With 4.5 years of research experience in academia, healthcare, and eCommerce, my passion for placing the user at the center of technology has been a consistent driving force throughout my career. I am looking for a mid-career level UX research role in Canada or the United States, hybrid or remote. Base salary expectations are between 125,000-140,000 CAD. Looking for a start late March or early April 2024.
