Summary

I am a UX designer and researcher with 9+ years of total experience with a background in market research. With the last 2+ years working as a UX designer and researcher, I was able to leverage my knowledge and experience as being market researcher especially using skills such as application of mixed methods, building research artillery (questionnaire design, user recruitment, interview script, and research plan), data collection, data organization, and data presentation.

In my last stint as a UX Researcher and Designer at Advisor Websites, I work(qual & quant), data analysis, data presentation, wireframing, prototyping, to design handoff. This experience helped me build confidence and the skill to single-handedly manage a complete UX process that provided insightful and actionable output. One of the highlights was when I wanted to save time for doing desk research and with the help of the data analysis team in our company was able to build a live Google Analytics dashboard that helped to minimize the turnaround time for secondary research by 3 days. The type of UX research projects I did throughout the tenure were new feature launches, accessibility audits, and usability audits for internal & and external stakeholder interfaces.

I am currently seeking an opportunity to leverage my recently acquired knowledge, which combines UX design and research, to provide actionable insights for enhancing product or service experiences. My expertise extends beyond conventional UX, encompassing a nuanced understanding of regulatory policies that govern digital solutions. This unique proficiency enables me to effectively guide cross-functional teams, striking a balance between user needs, technological advancements, and regulatory constraints across diverse industries.
