UX Researcher
Summary
I am a UX Researcher with a bachelors degree in Human Centered Design and Development from Purdue Univerisity. While pursuing my education I worked as a UX Researcher for the university for around 2 years before graduating. In this role I handled support tickets for problems on the Office of Provost website, as well as, conducting a card sort and secondary research to configure the main page layout and information hierarchy. After graduating I got a role at a fortune 500 fintech company, FIS, where I worked for a year and a half. In this role I was the sole researcher in the design organization. I built out the strategy for creating a research practice within the organization and conduct numerous user and client interviews, client workshops, usability tests, A/B tests, competitive analysis, and other mixed methods research studies.
Expectations
Unfortunately, due to reduction in workforce I was laid off from my last role at FIS. Im looking to get back into the work force and grow my career and skills as a UX Researcher. I hope to work on an inclusive team with team members who are passionate about their work.
