Summary

I have worked as a User Researcher for the past 4.5 years and have gained deep experience leveraging research to help global clients better understand their users, user needs, paint points and blockers in using their services and products. I have worked in end to end engagements, from helping clients define research questions and objectives to discussing key insights, product and service recommendations. To effectively drive research insights, I have worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams, which has included multiple stakeholders from product designers, product managers to business executives and funders. I have developed a strong and versatile sense of scoping research questions and employing a wide range of User Research methods to help businesses answer questions concerning their users.
