Summary

I am a dedicated professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western Washington University, with a projected graduation date of June 2026. I have an Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College, where I was recognized on the Presidents List and Deans List. My passion lies in UX Engineering and Front-End Development, driven by my proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and JavaScript.

In my current role as a Web Developer II at Western Washington Universitys C.I.I.A., I design and develop learning resources, including websites and videos, adhering strictly to brand guidelines. I have developed custom JavaScript components and high-quality instructional content, significantly enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

As a Student UX Researcher at Mitra (AutismStrength2.0), I conducted comprehensive UX research, designed accessible website interfaces, and integrated matching algorithms to improve user experience. My efforts in enhancing accessibility and user flow have substantially increased user satisfaction.

I also bring experience from my role as a Web Developer and Photographer at Virtual Realty NW, where I developed a static website and marketing materials, and performed professional photography and drone operations for real estate agents.

Some of my notable projects include developing an engaging website for Virtual Realty NW using Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML, and CSS, and creating a personal portfolio website that showcases my skills and interests. Additionally, I developed an interactive mobile-based web app for a school project, allowing users to explore the WWU campus through trivia questions.

I am committed to enhancing user interactions and creating visually appealing, accessible digital experiences. My work reflects a blend of creative and technical expertise, aimed at delivering exceptional user experiences.

In my new role, I seek to grow both professionally and personally by leveraging my skills in UX Engineering and Front-End Development.
