Summary

I am a UX engineering leader who can architect web and mobile experiences and then develop them. I have 20+ years in the e-commerce and marketing industries, helping worldwide brands improve their user experience and increase sales.

Working in an agency, I collaborate with various organizations, from small to enterprise-level companies, spearheading extensive e-commerce and marketing initiatives. I can communicate and lead effectively with diverse teams, business processes, and fast-paced challenges to multifaceted projects.

On a day-to-day basis, I engage and collaborate with marketing and IT managers, vendors, UX/web designers, product managers, business stakeholders, back-end and front-end developers, and quality assurance teams.

Expectations

I'm looking for a job and team that understands how important design and user experience are to the success of a site or product build. I'm looking to build and iterate on challenges to improve the site or product vs. everything being project-based. I want the team to challenge me as much as I can challenge them to build something we all believe in.
