UX Designer

Summary

I am a User Experience Designer based just outside Belfast.
My journey into UX Design has not been straightforward, having left university in 2003, I spent the next 19 years primarily working in Customer Service
focused roles.
In 2016, I made the best decision to go back to university part time. This was
while working full time as well as working on various freelance projects and
undertaking multiple online courses and furthering my knowledge of
programming, UX and graphic design.
When I discovered UX, it immediately clicked, and I knew that was the
direction I wanted to follow.
