UX Designer
Summary
My journey in User Experience (UX) design has been dynamic. It began as a User Experience Design Apprentice at General Assembly in 2021, where I refined my skills through user interviews, collaboration with stakeholders, and the delivery of conceptual projects.
In 2022, I advanced to the role of UX Designer, where I served as the sole designer for the first eight months. I closely collaborated with cross-functional teams, enhancing UI/UX designs while maintaining brand consistency.
In 2023, as a Senior UX Designer, I took on a pivotal role in the company's design system, overseeing its creation and maintenance. Simultaneously, I conducted research and generated conceptual designs for multiple AI tools. My contributions went beyond design, as I played a central role in making company-wide decisions through audits and managed the complete UX process across diverse teams. Additionally, I earned certifications in VOC Techniques, engaged in a Design Mentorship program, and explored Color Psychology. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Pfeiffer University.
Expectations
I'm mainly on the hunt for a stable job with room to grow. It'd be awesome if the company also cares about its employees' mental well-being and promotes inclusivity. I'm a pretty outgoing person who likes to get involved in different aspects of the companies I work for, so any after-hours social activities would be a big plus for me.
