UX Designer

Summary

I'm a UX designer with a background in customer relations. I have experience working in the
technical field, where I alleviated customer pain points when dealing with their point of sale
systems by getting them back to processing transactions quickly and empathically. In my
retail support role, I supported a major brand in several retail environments, ensuring that
product placement was optimized to receive the most consumer traffic resulting in increase
sales. After taking some time off to spend with my family, I realized that my previous
employment in customer relations, as well as my love for design, and natural curiosity would
allow me to transition into UX design. Creating products and experiences that users enjoy,
give me great pleasure.
