User Experience Researcher

Summary

In my most impactful role to date, I served as a Product Researcher at Bayers Crop Science division, where I led user research for a suite of 17 digital applications supporting over 250 million acres of farmland in 23 countries. I collaborated across time zones with agronomists, engineers, and product teams to design research frameworks that guided the development of tools for crop performance, genetic analysis, and drone surveillance. This work directly contributed to global food production, helping to safeguard enough harvest to feed 2 billion people annually. Throughout my careerfrom fintech to agricultureIve consistently translated complex, human-centered problems into actionable insights while prioritizing ethics, usability, and meaningful impact.

Expectations

I'm looking for a role where UX research isnt just a checkbox but a core part of product strategywhere insights drive action, and users are treated as partners, not just data points. I want to work with a team that values authenticity over performance, embraces complexity, and is willing to ask the hard questions. Ideally, the next chapter of my career will involve shaping responsible technologyespecially AI tools that enhance, rather than replace, human connection. I thrive in environments where research is rigorous, collaboration is real, and the goal is not just to ship features, but to make systems that genuinely serve people.
