User Experience Researcher
Summary
I started off working in the biotech research field conducting research on patients before adjusting my focus to tech-based usability research. In recent years, I have been honing my mixed-methods research skills in specifically user experience research. I have grown very passionate towards understanding users and helping companies achieve success in their products by designing prototypes and features based on the voices of their user base. I have done work with clients who come from various backgrounds, including technology, social media, financial, and biotech. Some of my most impactful studies were done with big tech giants based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My own personal experiences have made me a very diverse researcher who understands the perspectives of different types of users and people, and I would love to bring that to my future company.
Expectations
I'm looking for opportunities to grow and exercise my research skills to better understand users and products of all kind. I hope to find a company that has a research-embracing culture and that values the voices of the users. I want to be able to bring my research and my user stories to help make positive impact on the brand and its products.
