Summary

Hello Reader!

I have worked as Technical Associate for 4.8 years in Genpact(1 Year 8 Months), Tech Mahindra(1 year 11 Months) and HGS(1 Year 1 Month). When I got to know the role of UI/UX designer in the beginning of the career I was fascinated and intrigued. It made me realize that there are people who make our daily digital life so much easier, interesting by thinking way ahead of our time by just listening to the users and observing them.

However due to unforeseen reasons I was unable to pursue UI/UX career. Though I was not taking the UI/UX as my career, I kept following the topics from the Internet. As I worked as Technical support I used to communicate with a lot of users and give them resolutions by listening, empathizing and being there for them, which helped me a lot to learn more about user experience(UX).

The passion in me kept increasing so much hence I've decided to quit my current job and started learning ui/ux. I've completed my boot camp through the renowned institute DesignBoat Ui/Ux School in Banglore. Now that I became a UI/UX certified I am looking for an opportunity to learn more. I wish to join your team and grow together!
