Summary

I am a recent graduate student with a Masters in Human Centered Computing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. I was able to receive a BS in Computer Science as Morgan State University. My goals include to be involved in several areas such as: UI/UX, Accessibility, and Video Games. Currently I do volunteer UI/UX design work and contract Web development work. Both include creating mockups and presenting them to clients. My contract work is where I use WIX or Squarespace to develop the design I created.

I have 3 years of summer internship experiences in software engineering roles that involved designs and front end development. These experiences involve user requirements to make solutions and designs. Some technologies utilized were React and JavaScript.

My coursework for my masters involved different design processes starting with data collection or user analysis and ending with high-fidelity mockups or data visualizations. My research experiences involved data analysis to design engaging survey methods for children. There I designed engaging Padlets that serve as a way to collect qualitative data on children participating in the research.
