UC Engineer
Summary
I have experience of almost 3 years in UCaaS and worked with Capgemini and currently working with Frontline Managed Services as Senior Network Engineer. Talking about my experience i have experience in implementation, deployment and troubleshooting of Cisco UC Products like CUCM, UCCX, Voice Gateway and Unity Connection etc. Also have implemented MS teams and have basic knowledge of how MS team's infrastructure works.
