As a Shipment Management Coordinator (SMC), my primary duties have focused on the communications with the carriers and customer service representatives in providing timely information about their orders and assisting in the movement of freight. All while preparing, and managing a companys online purchase orders. The current clients I am working with are in the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio: Keurig, Motts, ABC, and Dr Pepper Seven Up.
