Roles and Responsibilities:
TRANSITION MANAGEMENT ON PUBLIC CLOUDS AZURE, AWS AND GCP.THIS INCLUDES COMPLIANCE PART, NETWORK SETUP TO ACCESS CUSTOMER ENVIRONMENT WITH VPN AND TO LOOK FOR REVISED SOLUTIONS OR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS IN CASE STANDARD SOLUTIONS DOES NOT HELP TO ACHIEVE THE CUSTOMER EXPECTATION. SUBMIT CHANGE REQUESTES BASED ON THE CHANGE IN SCOPE/ SOLUTION.
PROACTIVELY MANAGE RISKS WHILE USING RAIDLOG AND GET THE RISKS APPROVED BY CUSTOMER IN CASE CUSTOMER DOES NOT APPROVE ANY MITIGATION PLAN DUE TO SOME DEPENDENCY ON APPLICATION FUNCTIONALITY OR DUE TO SOME OTHER REASONS
LEAD THE TEAMS IN RIGHT DIRECTION TO ADRRESS THE ISSUES WHILE WE FACE IN THE NETWORK CONNECTVITY SETUP WITH CUSTOMER ENVIRONMENT OR IN ANY OTHER BOARDING PROCESS.
DOCUMENT NON COMPLIANC ISSUES IN TOOL FOR TRACKING AND CLOSURE.
WORK CLOSELY WITH BOARDING MANAGER TO GET THE SYSTEMS PROPERLY BORADED WITH AGREED TOOLS , SO THAT WE HAVE ALL INVENTORY UPDATED IN TOOLS AND SYSTEMS COMPLIANT BASED ON THE APPROVED CUSTOMER SECURITY DOCUMENT WITH MONITORING IN PLACE BEFORE WE CAN HANDOVER THE SCOPE TO ACCOUNTS TEAM TO PROVIDE STEADY STATE SUPPORT BASED ON THE APPROVED SOW.
THERE IS HUGE STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMNET INVOLVED TO MEET TRANSITION TIME LINES. THIS INCLUDES SUPPORT TEAMS, PROCESS OWNERS, INTERNAL MANAGEMENT, SENDING GEO AND CUSTOMER
PROVIDE INPUTS ON TRANSITION APPROACH, TIMELINES AND COSTS IN INITIAL PHASE
CREATE & MANAGE TRANSITION PROJECT PLANS ON MS PROJECT AND EXCEL
ADOPT BEST PRACTICES FROM OTHER PROJECTS/ACCOUNTS PREVIOUS PROJECT EXPERIENCES ETC.
DEFINE PROJECT SCHEDULES, ALLOCATE RESOURCES AND MONITOR PROGRESS
EFFECTIVELY NEGOTIATE TRANSITION TIMELINES WITH THE CUSTOMER AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
LIAISE WITH CLIENT PMO AND INTERNAL TEAMS TO IDENTIFY SMES
PLAN INTERCONNECTS BETWEEN VARIOUS CUSTOMER AND INTERNAL TEAMS
RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING AND OVERSEEING THE TRANSFER OF KEY INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR THE SUPPORT, OPERATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SOLUTIONS DEPLOYED INTO PRODUCTION
SET UP AND LEAD PERIODIC REVIEW MEETING TO KEEP ALL STAKEHOLDERS UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF THE PROJECT
MANAGE CHANGE REQUESTS / ENSURE THAT PROCESSES ARE IN PLACE AND FOLLOWED TO MANAGE CHANGE REQUESTS, SO THAT IT IS ENSURED A CONTINUOUS CHANGE REQUEST AND CLAIM MANAGEMENT DURING THE PROJECTS IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH THE CONTRACT MANAGER
ENSURES A CONTINUOUS ISSUE AND ESCALATION MANAGEMENT DURING THE PROGRAM / PROJECTS
