Following a successful corporate executive career, I have worked as a special projects and corporate advisor over 10 years. Along with helping successfully navigate challenging supplier and shared services challenges, I have helped some of the worlds most respected businesses define their future Target Operating model and then migrate to it.

Expectations

After a successful executive career, I have provided outcome-based interim MD, COO and CIO turnaround services across all industry sectors to clients globally for over ten year that address an immediate need for time-sensitive challenges outside of their internal skillset. My primary goal has been driving efficiencies and embedding a lasting continuous improvement culture that continues long after client engagement has concluded. My clients are some of the most recognised global conglomerates including General Electric, Veolia Environment, Avon Cosmetics and JP Morgan Chase, I am looking for a permanent opportunity to help deliver and core corporate transformation then run and operate it over the long term.
