Training Manager

Summary

In my most recent position as Director of Talent Development, I restructured onboarding for new hires to provide consistency,
personalization, and inclusion; sourced and implemented a new learning management system (LMS) for
scalability and built out further training and development paths for professional growth. In addition, my areas of responsibility included creating a compensation plan and job-leveling, benchmarking with outside consultants, and using human capital analytics and metrics to design actionable strategies for talent programs.
