My main roles have included working and gaining experience in the Medicare and medicaid fields working with icd 10 codes and hcpcs. Also verifying insurance benefits. I have customer service experience in face to face and outbound calling. Thorough knowledge with Microsoft Suite programs as well as Google docs. I can create training curriculum and design presentations.
