Summary

I am a training and development specialist that comes from training in the healthcare industry. I have an associates degree in medical office assisting. My main roles have included working and gaining experience in the Medicare and medicaid fields working with icd 10 codes and hcpcs. Also verifying insurance benefits. I have customer service experience in face to face and outbound calling. Thorough knowledge with Microsoft Suite programs as well as Google docs. I can create training curriculum and design presentations.
