As a Senior Test Lead/Test Manager in Toyota Finance, I had been handling multiple projects simultaneously. In this capacity I am responsible for Test Strategy development, Team management, Test Planning, Test Estimation, Defect Management, Building up and leading the testing team to ensure successful delivery of project, Resolution of issues that impede testing effort, publishing weekly status report, Responsible for Test planning for different test phases (SIT/UAT/Dress Rehearsal BVT, BVT) to ensure validation scope is robust, Test and Defect management using JIRA/X-Ray.
