Summary

Software Test engineer formerly worked on testing solutions for Digital Television systems. Mostly worked on waterfall project that required manual testing. To support work used my strong analytical abilities to reverse engineer and troubleshoot systems. Most systems comprised of custom applications running on a number of Red Hat Linux servers either or bare metal or as virtual machines. I also have written a number of technical documents to describe features of the systems I have worked on and provided training to other members of the project teams.

Expectations

job satisfaction. A new challenge. Flexibility over actual work hours would be ideal. I want to find a position where I feel my skills are recognised and a culture where there is true collaboration would be ideal. I am not necessarily looking for a role where promotion is promised but a role where I can contribute and be recognised for my contribution.
