- Experience of Building up and Leading the Testing Team to success the of project, Defining the Scope within the context of each delivery/release, Deploying and managing resources.

- Evaluate scope of automation and make recommendations. Identify processes and tools that help teams utilize Test Automation practices.

- Work experience of Automation Tools like TOSCA, UFT, TestComplete, SahiPro, Qualitia, LoadRunner and Manual Testing & testing methodologies Agile/Scrum & Waterfall
- Hands on open-source tools/scripts like Selenium, Python, Sikuli, JMeter, OpenSTA, HTTP Watch and Charles
- Experience of maintaining test management & bug tracking via JIRA, QC ALM, Bugzilla, Mantis and Digite.
- Lead and run the Center of Excellence (COE) program by rolling out Test Automation product and technology teams
- Designed, Developed & Maintained Test Plan, Test Automation Frameworks (Hybrid, Keyword & Data Driven) and Test Strategies using SahiPro, TOSCA, TestComplete & UFT that can be used across multiple software products and applications
- Worked on source version control tools such as SVN and GIT
- Experience of CI/CD tool Jenkins to schedule sanity/smoke and regression suites executions
- Experience of Load & Performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner
