Summary
Established and expanded the technology department from a help desk department to an entity the whole organization could rely on. Leading to the increased use of technology by students and staff by more than 50%. Listens and communicates with everyone in the organization to provide excellent customer service. Govern all information technology and service functions from strategic planning and management to resolving incidents and integrating key equipment. Creates and facilitates technology integration and training for every person on campus. Works proactively to resolve any technology-related issue and communicates with all team members on the progress. Combines efforts with district administrators, managers, and teachers to support technology initiatives as a team.
