Summary

As a technical writer with over five years of experience, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to create documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand. I have experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and develop content that meets their needs.

In my previous role at Avaya India, I was responsible for developing technical documentation, user manuals, and release notes for various products. I worked closely with development teams, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that documentation was created in a timely and efficient manner. I was also responsible for managing the documentation process from start to finish, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
