Summary

I have been working as a software technical writer for 25 years, including 12 years at one company where I was a member of two agile development teams and contributed not only product documentation but also input into the UX design, technical development, and QA processes. I have written user guides, API guides, installation manuals, release notes, and more for a range of audiences up to and including developers and sysadmins. I have also done technical editing of documentation, training materials, whitepapers, and more. I was part of the process of developing and refining corporate style guides at several companies, and have mentored newer writers. Expectations

I am seeking a fully-remote position, preferably at a medium to large company with an established documentation team. Much of my experience is in database software (particularly for healthcare) and cybersecurity, but I'm open to any industry and willing to learn.
