Being a bachelors degree holder in India. I am working as technical support for Infosys India from 2 years. Supporting cleint employees in to there day to day technical issues and request remotely and acoording to their timezone. We provide excellent level of support to satisfy clients. We are trained for customer service with technical skills.

Expectations
