Product Support Engineer (A startup est. in 2004 pioneering in IP-PBX software)
Primary point of contact as Vodia Networks product Engineer for all the customers around the globe.
Testing and finding bugs in the latest IP-PBX builds and reporting it to the developers.
Troubleshooting issues with the SIP and VoIP calls, for each client and interacted effectively with all customer constituencies.
Provisioning and registering various Desktop phones (for e.g. Snom, Cisco, Avaya, Yealink, Grandstream) and the Softphones
like Zoiper, X-lite to the IP-PBX, using UDP, TCP and TLS protocols and their error correction.
Testing call scenarios using SIP, RTP, RTCP, SRTP, WebRTC on, Desktop and Browser phone and Vodias Android App.
API / Web Developer:
Periodically updating the Vodia Network's live website using PHP, to keep up with the latest IP-PBX builds.
Responsible for design and maintenance of the GIT repositories, views, and the access control strategies.
Developed and Maintained IP-PBXs API completely from the scratch using PHP, to be able to automate IP-PBXs
Prepared sample code for displaying all outcomes of API applications in conjunction with the IP-PBX.
Supported technical teams in forum discussions for educating members on API applications functionalities
