Technical Support Engineer


I have a robust technical background with over 10 years in Windows and Linux troubleshooting, and nearly 3 years of Windows system administration. A detail-oriented engineer with a strong ability to learn and grasp new concepts, quickly implementing them in practice. Experienced in working on a team on large migrations and projects, but at the same time able to take personal responsibility and drive issues/assignments through to completion.


Seeking more of a level 2 or higher Support or System Administration role. Looking to use the skills I have, and build more.
