Technical Support Engineer

Summary

My recent experience as a Software Integration Engineer has allowed me to utilize both my technical skills as well as my communication skills. At Sila, I provide technical support to clients who are integrating our API into their application. The tools I utilize the most are NodeJS, Postman, SQL, and ChromeDev Tools. My previous role at Modal was also an Integration Engineer where I utilized NodeJS, HTML, and CSS to integration our UI product into our client's website. Being able to help clients with their technical issues has been a rewarding experience. Nothing makes my day better than being presented with a problem and working on troubleshooting it and discovering a fix for the issue.

Expectations

My expectations from the new job is to provide me the opportunity to learn the company's product inside out. From there, I'd like to like to take the initiative and work on technical support tickets as well as work on public facing documentation to ensure our product is detailed thoroughly.
