System/Server Administration - Monitoring all virtual Servers using VMware. Servers include SAP Linux Server, Windows Server Domain Controller & Active Directory, Manage Engine Service Desk Server, SAP Application Layer Server, Backup/Disaster Recovery site.
Systems Analysis Monitoring ERP processes, SAP User support, formulate new processes, improve current processes, creation of reports, Approval Processes, Support windows and Android business Apps.
LAN, WLAN, WAN Design and Management - Network Administration including Sophos Firewall Configuration and Administration, Firmware backup for firewall and access points, Unifi Access Points configuration and deployment and Local Area Network expansion, Unifi Cloudkey, Unifi switches, DHCP Server configuration and management, IP Cameras, Cisco Switches, Site to site and SSL VPN design and management, Traffic Filtering, Network Access Control, Routing and Switching, Network Topology, WAN monitoring (troubleshoot MPLS connectivity), network cabling
Azure Active Directory Managing Hybrid setup of Azure Active Directory and onsite Domain Controller and Active Directory administration. User setup, Group Policy deployments, Access Control, Authentication Services, DNS,
Website Management - Manage the website and making sure all documentation is up to date, update news feeds and all other related issues, hosting services subscription,
Hardware and Software procurement and configuration - Procurement of all IT equipment (hardware and Software), Configuration and timely renewal of all the licenses (Sophos Endpoint, Sophos Intercept, Office 365 business apps, Exchange Online, Sap Business One)
Policy and Procedures Development - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the ICT department that adhere with the requirements of the ISO Quality and SHEQ Standards, Document all IT Standard Operating Procedures
