Support Live users and solve their queries.
Use Troubleshooting/ Debugging techniques and tools to analyze technical problem.
Good understading of operational processes like Incident management, Enhancement, Release Management and service improvements adhering to strict SLA.
Updating the predefined reports as per the client requirements.
Writing SQL queries to generate reports according to the client needs.
Fix client data and issues.
