Summary

Supporting applications such as Finnone, newgen, RBMS, TMS, m collect, expense manager,
and LMS COSFA involves analyzing issues and providing solutions to users. This includes
writing and executing queries for insert, update, delete, and select operations, as well as
executing PLSQL procedures and functions in Oracle SQL developer. Additionally, scripts are
written and executed in Oracle SQL developer for tasks such as generating the spool.
In the AIX server, services can be stopped or started. In Oracle SQL developer, inactive sessions
can be killed. Windows Server applications like Newgen are supported, which involves starting
or stopping Jboss services, analyzing logs, and providing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for various
issues.
Other tasks include SSL implementation, scheduling tasks to run bat files from the backend using
task scheduler, configuring and managing Jboss and Apache servers. Troubleshooting may
involve starting x11 services on report servers. Collaboration with the DBA team is done for
performing DR (Disaster Recovery) drill activities.
In Finnone, various tasks are performed such as stamping file upload, MICR creation, receipt
void, trail file upload, ARM/ASM creation, DSA creation, adding/modifying pincode, bank
creation, GL (General Ledger) creation, mapping bank with GL, chargeid and chargecode
creation, templates creation/mapping, and providing SOA and RPS of SOD/closed cases.
During month-end activities, various reports like cibil file and trail balance are fetched, and EOM
(End of Month) and BOM (Beginning of Month) processes are run.
