Summary
I hold a national diploma in IT with 4 years experience of IT helpdesk technician and 2 years of experience as a field IT technician and I'm currently a helpdesk Analyst at one of the most famous banks in South Africa. In the current 2 years as an analyst I have never breached SLA and I always come up with ideas of business and service improvements to benefit our clients.
Expectations
I am looking for a challenge in the new role, I obviously want to learn more and grow within the IT chosen field I am in. I also want to put in all my efforts to help the company benefit from my skills and experience.
