Summary
Spent the last 3+ years as a technical Sourcer at Meta. I was recently involved in the second round of layoffs. In my time at Meta, I consistently met or exceeded my metrics when it came to offers, initial contacts, screens, and full loop interviews. Im open to other opportunities as I know the economy is down and there are many in recruiting that have been laid off.
Expectations
Looking for a sourcing role that will hopefully allow me to work remotely or hybrid. I would prefer to stay in the tech industry, but open to other opportunities. At this time, knowing how tough the market is, I dont have any expectations, just looking for a good fit.
